Return or Exchange Policy

Return:
7 Days Easy Return policy

  • If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, a refund against return will be issued.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product received is incomplete.
  • There Is not Return on Sale-items
  • 200 will be charged for delivery on exchange parcel or on Refund.

    Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

    How to Return or Exchange:

    1. Contact our customer service team at Contactus@garoor.com or call us at +92 3260060442 to initiate the return or exchange process.
    2. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
    3. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
    4. Ship the item(s) to: 139 Maple Block Four Season Faisalabad
    5. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 1 or 2 business days.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    • Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
    • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as the order tracking ID. Please note that sale items are non-returnable. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
